Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to love your fitted. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all stickers (size tags, holograms) attached.
2. Damaged Items
If your hat arrives crushed, bent, or damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email photos of the damage to contact@thefittedstash.com and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
3. Cancellations
Need to change something? You can cancel or modify your order at any time before it ships by emailing us.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (via Whop) within 5-10 business days.
